Keeping Customers Front and Center, Every Single Day

It means that we need to understand that our 4.5 million users at 14,000 worldwide customers have the same concerns that we do.

The current pandemic has disrupted the way we live and work. In your personal life and in your business life, you never really know how good your relationships are until a crisis hits. At Emburse, we believe that the way you treat your customers should be the way you treat your family and friends. As we continue to navigate this uncharted territory, we've leaned on our core values and mission to humanize work and improve our customers’ lives. Customers are at the heart of everything we do.

It means that we need to understand that our 4.5 million users at 14,000 worldwide customers have the same concerns that we do. They may have worries about their health or that of their loved ones. They may be impacted by job loss of a loved one and financial hardship. And they almost certainly are in a work environment where, quite frankly, they have neither the time nor the energy to deal with challenges and frustrations, particularly from vendors. Now more than ever, they deserve partners that work with them, not against them.

That’s why we’re doubling down in a number of areas to help customers. We’re working with new customers to bring them onboard even faster, knowing that manual, paper-based processes simply aren’t feasible when the team works from their dining room tables. We’re continuing to innovate our solutions so that they make it even easier and more efficient to submit and process expenses and invoices. We’re investing in solutions that enable our customers to make changes more quickly, so they spend less time on administration and more time doing the things that matter most to them and support their business.

We’re in a fortunate position that we’re able to keep investing. We’ve worked hard to continue accelerating our innovation and deliver solutions that save our customers both time and - even more importantly - money. Whether it’s providing solutions that can help employees who have transitioned to work from home or tools that enable them to analyze spend more effectively to provide better cost-control capabilities, we want to make sure that Emburse and our products help our customers navigate their way through this situation. Some companies may force their customers to adopt new products or subject them to unreasonable price increases, but that’s just not us. We’ll do what’s right for our customers. And when our customers need us, we’re just a phone call away.

If this sounds like the kind of partner that you want to work with, we'd love to hear from you.

We stand by you, always. Stay safe and healthy.
