Overdue Task Enforcement

For tasks that aren’t completed, restrict or disable spending until the task is done.

What is overdue task enforcement?

You can set expense policies on spending such as:

  • Out-of-policy expenses that need to be paid back
  • Categorization requirements
  • Receipt requirement

If these tasks don’t get completed within a set time frame, the member’s cards will get restricted.

How does it work?

In “Company Settings”, you can turn on the second option: “Enforce Expense Policies”.
