Billing data transferred includes: hours, bill rates, pay rates, descriptions, comments, purchase order numbers, items and classes.
Billing time typically requires the team to enter invoice details by hand. SpringAhead automatically creates entire invoices, including customized line item descriptions, purchase order numbers, timesheet notes and more, right on the invoice. Just specify what should show on the invoice (name, date, etc.) and the system will do the rest.
Need to include comments from your team on invoices? Put them there with the touch of a button. This feature is perfect for law firms and other professional service organizations where detailed billing is a must.
By default, SpringAhead invoices contain only billable time, however you may always add in billable expenses after export, with or without markup.
