The Quick Starter Implementation for Nexonia Services includes the following:

  • “Best Practices” export of approved expense data in .csv format (no customization)
  • “Best Practices” expense policies configuration for all expense categories (no customization)
  • “Best Practices” approval workflow configuration (no customization)
  • Administrator, User accounts only. Limit of two administrators.
  • Training services

They assist with everything from gathering technical requirements to connecting your selected solution. All Nexonia customers are assigned a CSM as part of our promise to humanize work. Your CSM is motivated by your future success with our products. They guide you through the new customer intake process and into implementation. After a successful implementation, your CSM provides ongoing support to ensure full adoption across your organization.

Administrative support

Additional administrative support

For customers that want to offload the administration of Nexonia, we offer an Emburse Solution Administrator. Your ESA is a Nexonia employee that will work with you from the start of your implementation. Customers that have opted in for Emburse Solution Administrator benefit from:

  • Large scale configuration changes managed by someone who understands your Nexonia instance inside and out
  • Project management for large software changes like a new ERP or accounting system migration
  • Additional Nexonia product implementations, that are included with the cost of ESA
