Given the fast pace of business, it can be easy to take all the accolades in stride, so I want to take some time to reflect on the breadth of accolades that we received over the past year.
Our customers are at the heart of all we do, and it’s rewarding to know that our hard work and dedication are making a difference in our customers’ lives. We listen and partner with them to understand their goals and requirements, which are deeply embedded in the solutions we create for them, so it’s especially rewarding to receive accolades from them.
Last year was incredibly difficult for so many. As people-first company, we took extra measures to ensure our customers and employees received the best possible support as they navigated the pandemic. As such, we are honored to have received the 2020 Tech Cares Award from TrustRadius, which celebrates companies that have gone above and beyond to provide their communities, clients, and frontline workers with support during the COVID-19 crisis.

Leading global analyst firm IDC recognized us in its 2020-21 IDC MarketScapes for Accounts Payable Automation. Chrome River was positioned as a Leader in SaaS and Cloud-Enabled Enterprise Accounts Payable Automation Software, and Certify AP was recognized as a Major Player in the Midmarket Accounts Payable Automation Software Assessment. This recognition followed Chrome River and Certify being named as leaders in the 2019-20 MarketScape for expense management solutions.
We also know that our partners are critical in our success, and we’re proud of the contribution that our solutions make to their success. Therefore we were thrilled to be selected for the second year running by Ellucian, the world’s leading provider of software and services to power higher education, as a winner of its Ellucian Partner of the Year Award for 2020, recognizing Emburse for Sales Excellence.
None of this recognition could have been possible without the commitment from our entire team, particularly given 2020’s trying circumstances.
