Emburse Adopt
The Emburse Adopt service provides 2-3 months of expert guidance around change management, training, user adoption, and stabilization. Adopt consultants track analytics around product adoption, user feedback, escalations, and more to provide a snapshot of how customers are progressing week to week and month to month to ensure they’re getting the most out of their Emburse system. Customers generally meet with a consultant weekly for an hour and have flexibility around what they want to focus on in those meetings. Adopt provides a structured approach to reaching stabilization, but the plan can be customized to meet customer needs.
Custom Training Packages
We collaborate closely with you to design a comprehensive, customized training plan tailored to your organization’s needs. Our training offerings can be configured to support end users, administrators, or advanced use cases such as training on our Export Builder tool.
Training sessions are delivered live and recorded, allowing your team to repurpose the content for future onboarding, reference, or internal knowledge sharing. To further support a successful rollout, we can also provide personalized quick reference guides and FAQs, along with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for 30 days as part of the statement of work.
