Once you have signed up for SpringAhead, an implementation specialist will be assigned to your company and will stay with you through the entire process of implementation.
Your implementation specialist will work with you to understand which systems you need to integrate with SpringAhead, including placements software, accounting software, bill payment software and/or payroll. They’ll work with you to configure the system to suit your needs.
Your implementation specialist will develop a workflow appropriate to your company’s needs, configuring SpringAhead for submission requirements, approval chains, role permissions, invoicing logic and more.
Once SpringAhead has been configured to your liking, your implementation specialist will stay with you until you have completed your first approval and export cycle, ensuring the system was configured to meet your needs.
